About the role
BW Automobiles Pte Ltd is seeking a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the East Region. As a Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional sales experience, identifying customer needs, and closing deals to contribute to the company's success.This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing- Engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and presenting the most suitable vehicle options
- Demonstrating the features and capabilities of our vehicles to customers
- Negotiating and closing sales while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Assisting with inventory management and coordinating vehicle deliveries
- Actively participating in sales campaigns and promotional activities
- Providing excellent post-sales support and follow-up with customers
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
- Familiarity with sales techniques and a keen understanding of the automotive market
- Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Strong organisation and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales processes
