Senior Sales Coordinator

Location : Sembawang

• Oversee end-to-end order management processes, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment from order receipt through to delivery.
• Review and validate quotations, sales reports, and contractual documentation prepared by the team to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Liaise closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to optimise delivery schedules and proactively resolve fulfilment issues.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer enquiries, providing professional product guidance and service recovery where required.
• Maintain and audit customer master data and sales databases to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Analyse sales data and prepare periodic management reports to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or order management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead junior team members where required.
