Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the retail sales team.
• Handle sales order processing, quotations, and invoicing.
• Prepare sales reports and data analysis using Excel (Pivot Tables / VLOOKUP).
• Coordinate with retail outlets, warehouse, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales performance and inventory levels.
• Maintain customer database and sales records.
• Assist with sales promotions, campaigns, and retail operational support.

• Process customer orders and prepare quotations for spare parts.
• Handle customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory records and parts database.
• Provide sales administrative support to the internal sales team.
• Follow up on order status, delivery updates, and documentation.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Table / VLOOKUP).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
