Legal Executive
DREW & NAPIER LLC Toa Payoh Full-time
Assist with various types of applications to relevant government agencies (e.g., Ministry of Manpower, Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, Economic Development Board, Monetary Authority of Singapore) on behalf of clients, including but not limited to Singapore Employment Pass (EP) and Permanent Residency (PR) applications.
- Prepare and review documents for various applications, including but not limited to application forms, cover letters, and information memorandums.
- Liaise with clients and relevant government agencies on application processes and requirements.
- Assisting in preparation and drafting legal documents, legal research, compiling of documents for submissions
- Maintain accurate records of application deadlines, submissions, and approvals.
- Minimum qualification of Diploma in Business, Law, Legal Studies and Paralegal Studies.
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken), with strong grammar and communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, organised.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with lawyers and clients.
- Experience working in a legal, immigration, or professional services environment would be a bonus.
