- Serve as the internal focal and liaison point for related queries pertaining to Content Group and assist in adhoc collation and requests pertaining to Content Group.
- Organize and consolidate internal reports for information/circulation for HODs and Chief Content Officer (CCO)
- Organize and assist CCO in consolidating inputs and preparation for quarterly business unit (BU) updates and any organization required updates
- Assist CCO with logistical and administrative duties relating to regional Co-production initiatives
- Assist CCO in all corporate administrative duties and private and confidential matters.
- Diploma/Degree qualification
- Knowledge of content production will be an advantage
- Adept at communication and negotiation to enable effective stakeholder management
- At least 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
