We are looking for a full-time Primary English teacher, stationed at West Mall (Bukit Batok), working from Wednesdays till Sundays.

• Teach Primary 1 to 6 English classes using our in-house method
• Guide students through structured writing techniques, fun skill games, and weekly activity-based learning journeys
• Track student progress and give personalised feedback
• Receive direct mentorship from experienced teacher-leaders

• Fresh or recent university graduates are welcome to apply. We provide the necessary training for you to perform.
• University background in humanities, social sciences, communications, or related fields
• Strong spoken and written English
• Cheerful, reliable, and eager to work with children
• Curious about how kids learn and excited to build something better
• MUST be willing to work on weekends (Wednesday - Sunday work week)

• Salary range is $3800-4500 depending on experience, with clear growth and promotion pathways.

• Creative, low-burn classroom hours: We don’t believe in cramming or grinding. Our lessons are purposeful, engaging, and paced with intent.
• Rest and variety during school holidays: During term breaks (e.g. December), you’ll enjoy significantly fewer teaching hours. Instead, this time is used for a mix of curriculum planning, creative workshops, or holiday camp facilitation. This offers a refreshing shift from classroom routines.
