The opportunity

As the Luxury Boutique / Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of SOCIEDAD TEXTIL LONIA SINGAPORE's luxury retail operations at their Bayfront Subzone Central Region location. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager and HQ Retail Manager in leading a team of talented retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximise sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities
  1. Assist the Store Manager & Retail Manager(HQ) in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clientele
  3. Motivate and lead a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets
  4. Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained to the highest level
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective promotional and marketing strategies
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of store policies and procedures
  7. Monitor and report on store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

  1. Proven experience in a luxury retail environment, with a strong background in sales and customer service
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail
  4. Proficient in inventory management and financial analysis
  5. Passionate about the luxury retail industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
