Location - Singapore

• The scope of services for the Onshore OutSystems Developers shall include the following:
• Provide implementation, application maintenance and testing support for IT application systems;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and work closely with external parties, ICT providers or government agencies for systems operational and maintenance works and new initiatives/enhancements;
• Research on technology trends and develop proof of concepts;
• Work closely with team members (Developers, testers, business analysts, etc) on development of IT solutions to meet business needs;
• Review project deliverables (e.g. code, design documents, test plan & reports) to ensure the completeness for acceptance;
• Ensure that the delivery of the project is compliant with relevant policies and guidelines and to identify and close any compliance gaps; and
• Ensure that codes follow OutSystems coding best practices and Architecture patterns for application development, and performance is optimized.

• At least 4 years of experience as a software developer;
• Certified as an Associate Reactive/Traditional Web/ODC Developer by OutSystems;
• Experience in harnessing AI tools such as Co-pilot to accelerate application development in areas of error reduction and debugging, workflow automation and data integration/modelling is preferred; and
• Use of Azure tools such as Azure DevOps for Ticket management, Azure pipeline for deployments will be an added advantage.

• Cloud Certification from one or more Cloud Service Providers (preferred AWS);
• Experience in SDLC-related projects;
• Experience in Agile development ;
• Knowledge in OutSystem’s BDD framework;
• Knowledge of application security and best practices in application development standards and methodologies; and
• Good knowledge of testing methodologies with working experience in performing various application and systems testing.
