Digital Marketing & Communications Executive - Toa Payoh

A Digital Marketing & Communications Executive to support our Digital BDO business and broader digital initiatives. This position will manage digital marketing campaigns, coordinate events, create content, and work closely with internal teams to drive brand awareness and lead generations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Develop social media content calendars and engagement strategies
• Create digital advertisements for pre-launch and post-launch campaigns
• Track campaign performance metrics and provide analytical insights
• Implement SEO/SEM best practices for digital content

• Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives
• Create campaign pitch decks and presentations
• Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and workshops from concept to execution
• Develop event promotion materials and post-event communications

• Create engaging content for digital channels (CMS website, social media, email)
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, infographics, and presentations
• Write copy for campaigns, blogs, case studies, and thought leadership pieces
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications

• Update and manage digital content on the company website
• Assist in website improvements for user experience and conversion
• Maintain a digital asset library for marketing use

• Implement lead generation strategies through digital channels
• Support proposal template development and deliverables
• Coordinate internal digital transformation projects
• Support internal adoption of digital solutions through effective communications

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or communications
• Demonstrated experience managing digital/social media campaigns
• Background in event management and content development
• Experience with website content management systems
