Education Programme Executive (1-Year Contract)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to support the development and execution of educational programmes, manage volunteer activities, and contribute to public engagement efforts at one of Singapore’s premier museums.
What You’ll Do:As part of the Education Division, you will:
- Manage school bookings and facilitate Learning Journey visits, including docent and virtual tours.
- Assist with planning and running school workshops and travelling exhibitions.
- Prepare educational resources and provide crowd management support during peak periods.
- Coordinate logistics for programmes, workshops, and volunteer events.
- Support research and content development for educational initiatives, including early childhood and access programmes.
- Help disseminate marketing materials, maintain exhibition spaces, and track programme KPIs.
- Occasionally support weekend activities and school group visits.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in Arts Management, Education, History, or related fields preferred.
- Prior experience working with schools, student groups, or in an educational/cultural setting is an advantage.
- Comfortable with logistics coordination and event support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—able to manage high email volume and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Job Details:
- Duration: 1-year contract
- Working Hours:
Fri: 9:00am–6:00pm
- Salary: $2,200 – $2,900/month (commensurate with experience)
- Location: 5-minutes walk away from Bras Basah MRT Station
