Perform speech and language assessments for clients upon admission and during periodic reviews.
- Develop and implement evidence-based speech and language interventions tailored to clients' needs.
- Deliver individual and group interventions to address clients' speech and language challenges.
- Collaborate in discharge planning and the development of care plans for clients.
- Engage in case discussions with the care team to ensure comprehensive client management.
- Contribute to the development and review of rehabilitation and wellness programs for clients.
- Provide training and supervision to therapy assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
- Min 1 year of related working experience
