IT Operations Specialist (No Experience Required)

Our Client:

Engineering Industry (Government Sector)
Mon to Fri, Office Hour / 12 Hour Rotating Shift Work (8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am)
Ang Mo Kio (Company Transport Provided @ Yio Chu Kang MRT)
UP $3500 Basic + Allowance + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

Act as Point of Contact for any incidents, service requests and escalated issues
Monitor, manage and maintain data centre operations and facilities
Liaise with vendors on any maintenance and enhancement issues, perform troubleshooting for reported system incidents

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
No Experience Required, Training will be Provided
