Business Operations & Automation Lead

Job Overview

The Business Operations & Automation Lead supports the company’s day-to-day operational coordination and administrative functions while assisting management in improving workflow efficiency through digital tracking and structured processes. This role works closely with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth business operations.

• Maintain and update daily operational and accounting records in Excel and accounting systems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support business operations by managing documentation, data tracking, and administrative processes.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers and follow up where required.
• Coordinate with the National Environment Agency (NEA) and training centres for compliance matters, licensing, and course arrangements.
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate service-related matters with internal teams.
• Work closely with the operations and deployment team to ensure smooth manpower scheduling and job coordination.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for equipment purchases, servicing, and operational support.
• Assist management in maintaining structured records, reports, and operational tracking systems.
• Support simple process improvements or digital workflow initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Provide general administrative and operation support to management.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration,Accountancy, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with digital systems.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Independent, responsible, and able to coordinate with different stakeholders.
• Prior administrative or operations support experience will be an advantage.
• Work location at Penjuru
