Export Customer Service Executive (Japanese Speaking) - Bukit Merah

The Opportunity:

• Friday (9 AM
• 6:30 PM) and alternate Saturday (9AM
• 1PM)
• Salary: up to $4500 (AWS + VB)

• Attend on-site visits to oversee export/import packing and local moving operations
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and packers to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
• Conduct surveys at customer residences and prepare service quotations.
• Coordinate with internal staff to arrange shipment and follow-up after cargo pickup.
• Manage job records (e.g., tally sheets) in the system and handle ad hoc tasks related to customer service and sales support

The Talent:

• At least 2 years of experience within the same industry/field
• Ability to read and write Japanese
• Candidates with JLPT N2 certification are preferred
