Business Development Intern

Job Description

As a Business Development Intern in our Business Development team, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition, market research, recruitment strategy, and business support activities. You will work closely with our team to support projects that enhance recruitment processes, improve employer branding, and identify growth opportunities for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate interviews.
• Maintain positive candidate relationships and support recruitment strategies.
• Conduct market research and support sales development initiatives.
• Help create employer branding materials and manage event coordination.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and sales data records.
• Provide administrative support to the business development team.

Requirements:

• Candidates who studied Business, Management, or related fields.
• Strong interest in business development, talent acquisition, and employer branding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Available to commit for at least 3 month
