Warehouse Assistant – Logistics / Freight Forwarding

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse and logistics operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare warehouse documents.

Coordinate with warehouse staff, haulier and operation team.

Assist to monitor warehouse operations and cargo movement

Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments

Support warehouse team in daily operational duties

Handle email correspondence.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Level or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and responsible good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in logistics / freight forwarding industry preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse operations will be an advantage
