Part Time Account Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Part-Time Account Executive to support daily accounting and finance operations. The role is suitable for candidates who can work on a flexible or scheduled part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities- Handle day-to-day accounting entries (AR/AP/GL)
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist with bank reconciliations and financial record keeping
- Follow up on outstanding payments and liaise with clients/vendors
- Support month-end closing and basic financial reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
- Assist with payroll support and expense claims (if required)
- Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Prior accounting experience preferred
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Part-time (e.g., 2–3 days per week or flexible hours)
