• Key Responsibilities

1. Greet customers and provide expert guidance on service options and processes
2. Conduct visual assessments of timepieces and record service intake details
3. Coordinate with watchmakers to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs
4. Update customers on service progress and manage expectations clearly
5. Ensure all service documentation and records are complete and accurate

1. Prior experience in a luxury watch authorised service centre is a plus
2. Good understanding of high-end watch brands and their after-sales procedures
3. Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
5. Familiar with basic service documentation and retail/service workflow systems
