Engineering Executive / Senior Engineering / Assistant Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup of storage areas for the Electrical Substation (ESS), EPC1, and EPC2.
• Coordinate with the Mechanical Technical Team (MTT), Electrical Technical Team (ETT), and contractors on:
• Storage arrangements
• Tagging and identification of spare parts upon delivery

• Manage inventory control systems and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement and maintain proper storage procedures.
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain precise inventory records.
• Prepare monthly and annual store reports for management.
• Plan and execute internal and external store audits.
• Supervise warehouse housekeeping and ensure safety standards are met.
• Oversee personnel related to store operations.

• Process requisition orders and related documentation.
• Maintain records of the storage facility.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
• Manage stock reconciliation activities.
• Prepare regular inventory status reports.
• Implement cost-control measures.

• Ensure proper storage conditions for all materials.
• Monitor shelf life of stored items.
• Conduct regular stock checks.
• Maintain overall storage facility standards.
• Implement proper material handling procedures.

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store or warehouse operations.
• Good knowledge of safety, environmental laws, and statutory regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and meticulous in work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• A valid Forklift Operator License is an advantage.
