Tampines - Electrical Technician (Dormitory in Changi East)

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect electrical installations, maintenance, and repair works to ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical systems and equipment
• Lead and support the team in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults promptly and efffectively
• Ensure all electrical work adheres to local codes, regulations and company standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team members on electrical matters
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations
• Liaise with project teams and regulatory authorities for electrical plan submissions and inspections
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE Certificate or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols and statutory requirements
• Practical, hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to details
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
