Financial Analyst

Job Title: Financial Analyst (Full Time Permanent Position)

Myer Gold is a multi-family office founded in 2011 by two former Goldman Sachs portfolio managers with more than 45 years of experience. We manage multi-asset class portfolios and customized long-only portfolios for clients. Myer Gold also manages an Asset Allocation Mutual Fund and is a registered Capital Markets License holder with MAS.

As a Financial Analyst with Myer Gold, you will acquire a good working knowledge of investment products, portfolio management and private banking operational matters. Your responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with Financial Analyst Team to support CIO on portfolio management
2. Rebalancing Portfolio - Orders preparation and placing
3. Prepare Quarterly Presentation materials, performance analysis, preparation of charts and presentation decks under tight timeline
4. Liaise with 6 investment banks to consolidate/understand documents to sign/information required for quarterly meeting
5. Draft and prepare Message for clients, arrange voice log
6. BVI entities regulations filings/documents signing
7. Wiring instructions preparations for adhoc and invoice payments
8. Update our proprietary software on a weekly/ad-hoc basis
9. Track and monitor cash position in client portfolio
10. Track funds update and performance
11. Track and check orders and trades commission
12. Check NAV and generate factsheet for our in-house fund
13. Monitor capital calls for private equity investments

1. Involved in yearly audit
2. Special project upon client request
3. Other adhoc tasks

Requirements:

• Degree Graduates with 2-3 years working experience.
• Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, logical, well organised and able to deliver accurate work under tight timeline.
• Good time management and strong sense of urgency and priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel, Power point and word.
• Knowledge in accounting and AI is an advantage.

Working hours: 9am -6pm, Monday to Friday
