Clinical Research Coordinator (Nursing Division)

The Clinical Research Coordinator provides research support service for clinical or health services
research, in accordance with the applicable regulatory, Good Clinical Practice and protocol
requirements. He/she works closely with the Principal Investigator (PI), members of the department,study sponsors and monitors, etc. to support and provide guidance on the administration of the
compliance, financial, personnel and other related aspects of the clinical studies.
Job responsibilities:
- Manages research study independently. Acts as liaison between subjects and other members of the research team to facilitates and coordinates the daily research study activities.
- Participates in the evaluating of the study proposals and protocols. Comprehends each assigned protocol including study proceedings and timelines, inclusion and exclusion criteria, confidentiality and privacy protections.
- Assists PI in designing and development of study recruitment advertisement, study specific source documents/ Case Report Forms and other required documents pertaining to the protocol.
- Assists sponsor or PI in the study submission to IRB or HSA. Oversees all study subject-related issues, timely report all safety events according to sponsor, IRB and regulatory authorities’ requirements.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Life Science/ Pharmacy & any other relevant disciplines, or Diploma in Life /Pharmaceutical Science/Clinical Trial Management, Diploma /Advance Diploma/ Degree in Nursing (on project basis)
- Knowledge of MS Office software
- Prior working experience in healthcare setting preferred
- Have experience managing and coordinating multiple projects
