HR/Human Resource Officer (Entry Level) - Geylang

Our client is one of the distributors of luxury and electric cars in Singapore. They are looking for HR Officer to join their team now!

• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
• Conduct onboarding and exit processes for employees.
• Maintain HR records and filing systems.
• Assist in payroll preparation, including overtime, incentives, and commission.
• Handle HR administration (work pass applications, claims, medical & insurance matters).
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma/Certificate in Human Resource Management or Office Administration.
• 1–2 years’ HR experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
