Management Trainee (U-Talent Programme – 1-Year Rotation) - Geylang
Job Summary
We are inviting applications for the U-Talent Programme, a structured full-time Management Trainee opportunity under our international business track. This 12-month programme provides rotational exposure across departments such as Network Operations, Product & Solutions, Sales Coordination, and Regional Project Delivery, designed to groom future leaders within the organisation.
Successful trainees will rotate through two departments over one year and will be assessed at mid-term and end-of-term checkpoints. Upon completion, you will be assigned a permanent role based on performance, aptitude, and business needs.
Programme Details- Duration: 1 year full-time (renewable/permanent placement based on performance)
- Rotations: Two 6-month rotations across core business departments
- Assessments: Mid-year and year-end work reviews with reporting presentations
- Mentorship: Structured coaching from experienced leaders
- Support day-to-day departmental operations during assigned rotations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the ASEAN region and HQ
- Participate in business analysis, reporting, technical coordination, or project delivery
- Contribute to the development of internal processes, proposals, or customer solutions
- Deliver insights during mid- and end-of-programme reviews
- Prepare summary reports, presentation materials, and assist with ad-hoc project work
Eligibility Criteria
Education- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a university ranked within the QS Top 400 (Global)
- Graduating in 2024 or 2025
- Applicants must have studied one of the following disciplines:
o Computer Science
o Electronic Information
o Automation
o Energy & Power Engineering
o Mathematics
o Statistics
Work Experience- No prior full-time work experience required. Internship, academic, or project experience will be considered.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, as this role involves regular communication with China-based teams and technical stakeholders
