Maintenance cum Store Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Maintenance cum Store Assistant to support daily operations across maintenance, stock movement, and basic logistics. The role requires a valid driving license and the ability to assist in both store-related and general maintenance tasks.

1. Maintenance Duties

• Carry out basic maintenance and repair work in outlets and HQ
• Assist in troubleshooting minor facility issues (e.g. lighting, fixtures, equipment)
• Report and escalate major maintenance issues when required
• Ensure cleanliness and functionality of operational equipment

1. Store & Inventory Support

• Assist in receiving, packing, and organizing stock
• Perform stock transfers between outlets when required
• Maintain proper inventory records and ensure accurate stock handling
• Assist in stock count and monthly inventory checks

1. Delivery & Transportation

• Drive company vehicle to deliver/collect goods, documents, or stock
• Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of items
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of vehicle
• Follow all traffic rules and company transport procedures

1. General Support

• Support outlet operations when required
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards

• Valid Class 3 driving license (Singapore)
• Physically fit and able to carry moderate loads
• Hands-on, proactive, and responsible attitude
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in maintenance, logistics, or storekeeping is an advantage
• Basic understanding of inventory handling preferred

• 5-day work week
• Off days: Sunday & Monday
• Working hours: To be advised based on operational needs
