Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation and cloud modernization initiatives across healthcare and financial services platforms.

The role focuses on strategic delivery ownership, large-scale cloud migration programs, and enterprise application modernization using microservices and cloud-native architectures.

This position requires strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder governance, and deep technical oversight in modern application ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications and digital transformation programs.

Own cloud migration strategies and phased modernization roadmaps across Azure and AWS platforms.

Oversee solution architecture alignment with enterprise security and scalability standards.

Manage cross-functional engineering teams across distributed locations.

Conduct delivery planning, effort estimation, and technical risk mitigation.

Ensure sprint governance and milestone tracking within Agile frameworks.

Drive alignment between business objectives and engineering execution.

Ensure regulatory compliance (PDPA, GDPR) and enterprise data governance standards.

Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.

Contribute to DevOps strategy, CI/CD enablement, and platform reliability improvements.

Required Experience

12+ years in enterprise software development and application delivery.

3–5+ years leading technical delivery or architecture functions.

Strong experience in:

NET Core / C#

Microservices architecture

SQL Server / MongoDB

Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms

Proven experience in cloud-native modernization programs.

Experience managing large engineering teams.

Strong executive communication and stakeholder governance skills.

Preferred Skills

AI/LLM-enabled enterprise solutions

Healthcare or financial services domain exposure

DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation

Enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks
