Sales & Business Development Manager | Automotive Financing

We are looking for a driven Automotive Sales & Business Development Manager to promote financing solutions, build client relationships, and grow new business. You will handle credit assessments and ensure smooth deal execution. Ideal for candidates with lending experience who enjoy a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Working hours: 830am - 530pm

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll, including overtime calculations and statutory contributions.
• Develop and grow a strong pipeline by promoting a full suite of financing solutions, including hire purchase, auto loans, floor stock, vehicle and inventory financing, showroom/demo inventory, and working capital
• Plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to acquire new clients and expand business channels
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular outreach, meetings, and proactive account management
• Generate new business opportunities via events, referrals, digital outreach, and internal cross-selling
• Evaluate credit applications, perform financial analysis, and provide sound recommendations
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and timely processing of all financing transactions
• Achieve assigned sales targets and growth metrics on a quarterly basis

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in financial lending or auto financing (SME/commercial lending exposure is advantageous)
• Experience handling loan applications / submissions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Comfortable working with financial statements, numbers, and basic credit assessment
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts/deals simultaneously
