Contract Assistant Manager HR Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards)

Role Purpose (Why do we need this role?)

This 1-year contract role supports the effective delivery of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. The candidate will help ensure processes run smoothly, accurately, and in line with organizational standards, contributing to fair practices that strengthen employee engagement and overall success.

Role Accountabilities (What is this role responsible for delivering?)

• Assist with annual pay and reward cycles.
• Support reporting and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to market benchmarking and data insights.

• Handle employee and union queries on benefits.
• Assist with renewals and vendor coordination.
• Support compliance and process improvements.

• Help organize employee recognition events.
• Administer general fringe benefits programs.
• Contribute to digitalization and operational improvement initiatives.

• At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational company (MNC). Prior aviation or engineering industry experience will be advantageous.
• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and proven experience handling large datasets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and think on your feet to resolve employee queries.
• Capable of functioning independently and manage work priorities.
• Experience using HR systems such as SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus.

Applicants may be placed in the position of Assistant Manager or Senior Executive depending on experience and qualifications.
