Public Relations Officer

We’re looking for a driven and well-connected Public Relations Officer to help shape our external presence and build meaningful relationships across the business ecosystem.

This role goes beyond traditional PR — you’ll play a key part in influencing perception, strengthening partnerships, and positioning the company as a credible and forward-thinking player in the market.

Job Description:

1. Build and manage relationships with regulators, industry players, and strategic partners
2. Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication
3. Support the development of messaging, announcements, and external communications
4. Identify and drive partnership and collaboration opportunities
5. Execute PR initiatives that enhance brand credibility and market positioning
6. Assist in managing sensitive or high-impact communications when needed
7. Plan and coordinate events, networking sessions, and stakeholder engagements
8. Support leadership in building connections with key decision-makers
9. Track engagement outcomes and recommend improvements to outreach strategies

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Confident in engaging with external stakeholders and representing the company
4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
5. A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
6. Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
7. Mandarin proficiency is is vital to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
8. Prior experience in PR, communications, or stakeholder engagement is a plus
