We are looking for a Supply Chain Transformation Analyst to support digital transformation and operational improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on supply chain operations experience who are passionate about process improvement, digital tools, and AI-driven operations.

Responsibilities

Support supply chain transformation and operational improvement initiatives
Analyse operational data and identify process gaps or inefficiencies
Work closely with stakeholders across supply chain, logistics, and operations teams
Support digitalisation, automation, and AI-related initiatives
Translate business requirements into structured workflows and improvement actions
Monitor operational performance and recommend improvement opportunities
Participate in regional projects and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, procurement, planning, or related functions
Experience in process improvement, operations excellence, or transformation projects
Familiarity with digital tools such as Power BI, Excel automation, dashboards, or analytics tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Preferred

Experience with automation, reporting tools, or workflow improvement initiatives
Exposure to regional operations or cross-functional projects
Curiosity and willingness to explore AI applications in business operations
