Sales Associate

Job Title: Sales Associate (Optical Retail)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear and optical products
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Support daily retail operations, including cashiering and stock management
• Conduct basic eye pre-screening and assist optometrists when required
• Explain lens types, frames, and optical solutions to customers
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper product display

Requirements:

• Prior retail sales experience in optical/eyewear industry preferred
• Candidates with optometry or optical experience will have added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented and sales driven
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
