We are a property consultancy firm in Singapore, providing end-to-end real estate services including property sourcing, sales and leasing, and tenancy management.
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Assistant to support our daily operations, marketing efforts, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of flyers, mailers, and marketing materials
- Perform data entry, data sorting, and database management
- Support social media activities (posting, basic video editing, content coordination)
- Help with general administrative tasks and documentation
-Provide ad-hoc support for daily operations when required
Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint / Google Sheets)
- Familiar with Canva / basic design tools (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of video editing / social media platforms is a plus
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in admin / marketing / real estate is an advantage (but not required)
Work Location:
- Office located within walking distance from Aljunied MRT Station (East-West Line)
