Geylang - Government Part Time Phone Interviewer (Corporate Survey) 4 hours per day only!

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Part-Time Phone Interviewers for corporate surveys.

This role offers flexibility with Monday to Friday shifts and the option to work either a noon (12:30 PM to 4:30 PM) or evening shift (5:30 PM to 9:30 PM).

• Conduct telephone surveys to collect data effectively.
• Deliver excellent customer service during interactions.
• Accurately input information into the system.

• Commit to a 4-hour daily shift (Mon-Fri, with weekends and public holidays off).
• Availability for long-term part-time work.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejections professionally.
• Passionate about engaging with customers over the phone.
• Self-motivated and proactive in your approach to work.

• 14 days of annual leave (pro-rated).
• 60 days of paid sick leave, including hospitalisation leave.
• Medical coverage of up to $300 annually.

• Central (Bugis)
• $1,100/month (Noon shift) or $1,600/month (Evening shift).
