About the role
Join the dynamic team at S.H.Y. Coffee & Co. Llp' as a Popular CBD Hawker Traditional Coffee Stall Operations Assistant. This full-time role in our Raffles Place Central Region location will see you playing a vital part in the daily operations of our beloved hawker stall, serving up delicious traditional coffee and other local delights to our loyal customers.
What you'll be doing- Preparing and serving freshly brewed traditional coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Assisting with the preparation and plating of local hawker fare such as toasted bread, kaya and butter, and other snacks
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Providing exceptional customer service to our diverse customer base
- Supporting the overall operations of the hawker stall as directed by the team
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent hygiene and food safety practices
- A passion for local cuisine and traditional coffee culture
