Job Description

Assist in day-to-day site operations and coordination of works on-site
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and clients
Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed according to schedule
Ensure site activities comply with safety regulations and company standards
Conduct site inspections and report defects, progress, and issues
Assist in resolving on-site technical and operational problems
Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation
Track materials delivery and site resources
Attend site meetings and liaise with stakeholders (HDB officers / residents / contractors)

Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Prior experience in construction site coordination (HDB / HIP projects preferred)
Familiar with local construction regulations and safety requirements (BCA/WSH)
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic site environment
Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to work on-site (sometimes in residential estates for HIP works)
