Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels
Address and resolve customer concerns politely and professionally
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM
Support the loan processing team with daily customer communication

Positive attitude, good communication skills, and eagerness to learn!
