Job description

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead annual budgeting and regular forecasts.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with analysis for management.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Ensure accurate and timely financial reports in line with IFRS.
Manage tax, audit, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and regulators.

Cash Flow Management

Monitor daily cash flow and ensure liquidity.
Prepare cash flow forecasts.
Approve payments and ensure proper controls.

Internal Controls & Risk

Strengthen financial controls and policies.
Identify and manage financial risks.
Support internal audit activities.

Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.
Drive improvements and automation in finance processes.

Other Duties

Oversee accounting and tax for overseas offices.
Handle ad hoc finance projects.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA, ACCA, or CA preferred.
8+ years of finance experience, 3+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in oil trading is a plus.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, with strong leadership and communication skills.
