About the role
Physiomatters Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and personable Admin / Receptionist to join our team in the Central Region. In this part-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy clinic.
What you'll be doing- Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Scheduling and managing client appointments
- Performing general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Providing assistance to the clinical team as needed
- Ensuring the reception area and waiting room are well-presented and organised
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Availability to work part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends
