Business Development Executive - Pasir Ris

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive plays a key role in supporting the advisor channel through administrative coordination, training logistics, advisor onboarding, and events planning. This position serves as a vital bridge between internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., advisors, leaders, and compliance), ensuring smooth operational execution of BD-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain advisor contracts and correspondenc
• Ensure timely and accurate updates to internal platforms and advisor records
• Manage Achiever Foundation Course (AFC) enrolment – liaise with new advisors, recruiting leaders, and track enrolment
• Handle external activity applications and follow up as needed
• Monitor and tracking of training hours records
• Prepare and set up induction sessions, including room arrangement and refreshments
• Manage training-related queries via the training email inbox
• Assist in the overall planning and execution of business development-related events.
• Assisting in ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in business development or support functions preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
