Our client is an IT security solutions provider that has been established for more than 25 years with a strong reputation in the industry. They specialize in delivering comprehensive turn-key security systems, from design and integration to maintenance and support and serve clients in public government, trade and commercial sectors.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Standard Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT and engineering projects, ensuring all activities align with scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through all project phases including requirements gathering, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Define and maintain project plans, resource allocation, deliverables, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies, while ensuring regular updates are communicated to stakeholders.
• Establish and manage financial planning, including budget oversight, cost optimization, and maximizing revenue opportunities across project portfolios.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to resolve issues, manage changes effectively, and implement contingency plans as needed.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Support business development efforts by contributing to project scoping, proposals, and customer solutioning during pre-sales phases.
• Maintain strong, service-oriented relationships with stakeholders at various levels, ensuring transparency and responsiveness throughout the engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience managing complex IT and engineering integration projects, with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project governance, financial controls, and performance metrics in large-scale environments.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory standards, especially those relevant to government or regulated industries, is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or CITPM are a good bonus but not a must.
• Experience in managing multi-vendor, multi-platform environments involving system integration, data migration, and service transitions.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar projects, particularly in public sector or enterprise settings.
