JOB TITLE: CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: SINGAPORE
Job Description:
We are looking for aresponsible and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinateday-to-day site operations, ensuring all construction and installationactivities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to projectrequirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise andcoordinate daily construction/site activities and manpower deployment
- Monitor siteprogress and ensure works are completed according to schedule and projectspecifications
- Lead and overseeworkers in installation, construction, and maintenance activities
- Conduct siteinspections to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and qualitystandards
- Coordinate withproject managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients on work progress andsite matters
- Prepare daily sitereports, work schedules, and manpower planning
- Resolve on-siteoperational issues and provide technical guidance to site workers
- Ensure proper useand maintenance of tools, equipment, and site materials
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years ofrelevant experience in construction/site supervision
- Experience inbuilding materials installation, fit-out works, or related constructionprojects preferred
- Good knowledge ofconstruction procedures and workplace safety regulations
- Strong leadershipand communication skills
- Able to read andinterpret construction drawings and project specifications
- Ability to workindependently and manage multiple site activities efficiently
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday (if required): Half day / as peroperational needs
