Mobility Contract Manager (Global) | Basic up to $10k | Hybrid Arrangement - LQ - Choa Chu Kang

About the Role:

You will manage key contracts, support transformation projects, liaise with vendors, and ensure compliance across global operations. This role requires a blend of HR/Global Mobility expertise, contract management skills, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contract Management & Governance
  • Manage full contract lifecycle: IGTA, SOWs, MSAs, and vendor contracts.
  • Support negotiation and execution of contracts with global mobility stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate policies via liaison with Legal, Procurement, and HR.
  • Track obligations, milestones, renewals, risks; maintain contract registers.
  • Draft templates, issue notices, and monitor compliance.
  1. Transformation Projects Implementation Support
  • Support HR & IT onboarding for group companies on the APro platform.
  • Administer IGTA agreements ensuring data privacy compliance.
  • Manage SharePoint documentation, manuals, training guides, and system rollout communications.
  1. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure performance, service levels, and contractual deliverables.
  • Build collaborative relationships across Global Mobility, Legal, Finance, and HR.
  • Participate in vendor reviews, negotiations, service enhancements, and escalations.
  1. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports on contract status, compliance, and cost forecasts.
  • Improve training materials, mobility frameworks, and processes.
  • Identify operational efficiency and risk mitigation opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 8 - 10 years of experience in global mobility, HR operations, or commercial contracts.
  • Proven experience in complex service agreements and vendor management.
  • Strong understanding of global mobility processes and international compliance.
  • Skilled in translating business requirements into structured documentation.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration across cultures and time zones.
  • Experience supporting transformation initiatives in matrixed environments.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work after-hours if needed.
  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Law, or related field
  • Advanced skills in Workday, Assignment Pro, Middleware, MS Office, SAP highly advantageous
  • Proficient in Basic Japanese is highly advantageous
