• Facilitate communication and coordination by conveying the Senior VP instructions and work arrangements to various stakeholders within the company

• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, strong communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to communicate with stakeholders who can only converse in Mandarin.
• Excellent time management skills and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
