Overview
Vivino is seeking a customer-focused and sales-driven Wine Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves providing personalised wine recommendations, delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, handling POS transactions, managing stock and maintaining premium store presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Retail or hospitality experience (wine knowledge preferred)
- Provide personalised wine recommendations tailored to customer preferences
- Results-driven sales professional with a polished and professional presentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Min. 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, ideally within the food distribution, retail, or hospitality industry (wine knowledge preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with a professional appearance
- Customer-first attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Passion for wine and willingness to continuously learn
