Business Development Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Tender Coordination & Process Management

• Assist in project-oriented business development activities, with a primary focus on the end-to-end coordination of tender preparation.
• Monitor internal submission processes, ensuring that all documentation, pricing in puts, and compliance checks are completed accurately and submitted before strict deadlines.
• Liaise with technical, commercial, and legal teams to track the progress of bids and facilitate the timely execution of deliverables.

1. Client & Partner Engagement

• Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with key clients, consultants, joint venture partners, and other stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
• Assist in organizing and preparing for client meetings, presentations, and site visits, ensuring a professional representation of the company.
• Act as a point of contact for partner queries during the pre-qualification and tender stages.

1. Market Research & Intelligence

• Conduct thorough market research by gathering and organizing relevant information on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities in Singapore.
• Analyze data related to labor, material costs, and government land sales (GLS) to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain and update departmental records, project trackers, and client databases to ensure easy access to historical data.

1. Reporting & Documentation

• Assist in drafting comprehensive reports on business development activities and market findings in Singapore.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, tender success rates, and feedback from clients to refine future bidding strategies.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for management reviews and HQ reporting requirements.

• Degree / Diploma in civil engineering/project management/quantity surveying or equivalent
• Eager and patient to learn and grow progressively
