• Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's largest tech organizations
• We are looking for a Marketing Specialist
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

• Minimum of 3 years of field marketing experience in ASEAN and/or North Asia
• Experience with B2B software marketing environment with demonstrable success is advantageous.
• Proven ability to collaborate and work independently with cross-functional teams in APJC to achieve successful field marketing outcomes.
• Prior project management skills with a strong attention to detail for B2B events and campaigns
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Tableau is preferred.

• Strategic Planning:
• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs aimed at driving customer acquisition, expansion, and pipeline growth. Programs include events, regional sponsorships, executive engagements, C-level thought leadership, hands-on workshops, and webinars.
• Collaborate with Asia cross-functional marketing teams to align marketing execution with under the guidance of the Senior Field Marketing Manager, Asia.
• Work closely with the Demand Generation (Digital Sales) team to ensure the operational process are working optimally to drive conversion of marketing leads to Marketing Converted Pipeline (MCP).

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Support the reporting of Asia metrics related to pipeline growth, executive engagement and lead generation.
• Regularly communicate marketing results and impact to key stakeholders within Asia and APJC marketing based on the guidance of the Senior Field Marketing Manager, Asia.

Marketing Investments:

• Support Senior Field Marketing Manager, Asia to track and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are prioritized for maximum impact.
