Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and Assist Customer with their request and needs..
- Facilitate and assist with workshop sessions — preparing materials, guiding participants, and maintaining a pleasant learning environment.
- Handle cashiering duties.
- Support daily retail operations such as stock replenishment, product tagging, and merchandise display.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both the retail and workshop areas.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth coordination and excellent service.
- Open to all ; prior retail or workshop experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-service oriented
