Job Title: Building Facilities Technician (ID5101)
Location: Day Shift at Changi, Night shift at whitley road
Working Hours: 2 day morning shifts (8am - 8pm), 2 night shifts (8pm – 8am), and 2 off days

Basic Salary: $2700, Gross with shift pattern $3500

Job Description:

Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical /Aircon / Mechanical / Building / Repairs).
Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works or Aircon or Building.
To carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings , including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Attend to defects and customers' complains promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.
Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Reporting any fault issues to the supervisor.
Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.
Record or inform supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checking.
Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

Minimum NTC/ ITE/ NITEC/ HIGHER NITEC/ VOCATIONAL CERTIFICATE in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Building / Facility Management or maintenance
Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company
