Commercial Manager is to promote parts sales and pricing strategy within APAC.

Adecco is partnering with a Global Solution Provider in Heavy Vehicle & Automotive to look for Commercial Manager promote parts sales and pricing strategy within APAC.

The Job:

• Drive the growth of the automotive parts business across multiple regions by setting annual sales targets in alignment with local stakeholders.
• Support dealer network development and target achievement while facilitating cross-regional knowledge sharing to enhance aftersales performance.
• Manage new product launches and importer onboarding, including initial parts stocking, pricing setup, system training, and market competitiveness analysis.
• Formulate and execute regional pricing strategies that boost revenue and margin while ensuring alignment with market dynamics.
• Maintain strong parts availability across all regions to maximize customer uptime and operational efficiency.

The Talent:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
• 5 - 7 years Aftersales & Pricing expereince within Heavy Vehicle/Machinery/Automotive/Equipment
