Warehouse Operation Analyst (Hands-on/ Start-up Warehouse)
Our client is a manufacturing company supporting semicon/ electronics products. We are looking for a Warehouse Operations & Systems Analyst to support the production warehouse by identifying operational bottlenecks, improving warehouse processes, and enhancing system capabilities.
This role acts as a bridge between warehouse operations and the IT team, translating operational needs into system improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.

- Monitor warehouse operations and identify operational issues or bottlenecks
- Analyze operational data using advanced Excel to support process improvements
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement practical solutions
- Track warehouse performance metrics and generate reports
- Work with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and vendors
- Support warehouse automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or production warehouse environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience identifying operational inefficiencies and proposing solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with operations teams and IT teams
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Exposure to warehouse automation or smart warehouse technologies
- Experience working with data tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Python
- Comfortable for OT, Occasional shift flexibility needed.
